It's interesting that, when pondering the role of humility in the Christian walk, there is often a reward granter to those who feel the least deserving. I find the final paragraph of today's devotion particularly interesting when it states that it is souls such as these that can best magnify the Lord. I guess a line does shine brightest in the darkest of environments. Such is true of humanity. How might God be truly magnified and glorified when egos and personalities are already larger that life?
