affirmation: 1. the act of affirming or the state of being affirmed; 2. a statement of the existence or truth of something; assertion If you want to make a change in your life – do it. Don’t wait for a man-made calendar holiday that is commercialized. In 2011, I made my first list of "Affirmations". They became the theme for which I will attempt to better myself, my life and the lives of others. They represented the change I felt needed to occur and were desired by God inside of me that year.
Focus your eyes. Free your mind. Color outside the lines. Stand tall. Take action. Move ahead. Learn from it all! God’s on your side, Be nobody’s doormat!
The following year, I developed a new set of affirmations that build upon the first set. Again, it was based upon change or development I needed to see inside of me. The 2012 affirmation is below as well. In the days ahead, I will be sharing the vision of growth for 2013. I pray and hope you'll join in affirming a higher state of spiritual and lifetime maturity.
Be Bold. Be True Your Spirit Renewed. Embrace Today. Enhance Tomorrow. Never Fear Being You. Love Others. Love Yourself. Align that 1 Vision Divine …and Make it Happen. God’s Always on Your Side, No Matter What.

A Review of Decisions by Robert L. Dilenschneider

When it comes to making decisions, I am pretty terrible. It’s a discipline I just never quite developed well. Some might say it’s “being the Libra that I am”. You see, I too easily sway sides at the slightest hint of credible support. Not that I am a believer in...
